The Automotive Advertising Network (AAN) showcases the best experience for online car shoppers that use the new Apple iPad.

The AAN, is compromised of national, regional and local advertising websites that offer car dealers unprecedented visibility for the cars that they sell. The AAN includes both new and used cars that are for sale at reputable car dealers nationwide. The Automotive Advertising Network does not list cars sold by individual consumers as a protection for car buyers.

The Automotive Advertising Network’s national car sales portal is located at www.cardealersale.com and lists all cars that are available for sale from member dealers. The website is designed for the optimal consumer experience for Internet shoppers. The site has also been optimized for the new Apple iPad.

When the CarDealerSale.com website is accessed by iPad users, the car detail pages utilize the full screen capabilities of the iPad. The AAN is the first optimized website for car dealer inventory advertising by eliminating distracting advertising banners on car detail pages and utilizing the iPad’s full screen capabilities. Since car listing pages are free from ads, the details fit perfectly on the iPad’s attractive display.

In addition to the national exposure car dealers will have on www.cardealersale.com, their cars will also be listed on the Automotive Advertising Network’s brand specific and regional and local websites. The AAN allows member dealers to advertise their cars nationally as well as locally to match the search behavior of consumers in their primary market area.

In addition to advertising their cars, trucks or SUV’s in stock online, the AAN provides the CarPort App™ which allows dealers to post their inventory on Facebook and popular blog platforms that include WordPress, Blogger and TypePad. The CarPort App™ gives car dealers unprecedented advertising opportunities to leverage social media platforms to publish content and integrate the cars that they sell.

One member of the AAN, the Rairdon Auto Group in Seattle, utilizes the CarPort App™ on their popular blog located at http://www.seattledodge.net. Visitors can read the latest news and advice provided by Rairdon and in their news posts they can include a live, real-time samples of cars that they have in stock. Rairdon Auto Group’s blog uses WordPress technology; a popular blogging platform.

The CarPort App™ seamlessly also integrates into Rairdon’s Facebook Fan Pages using a separate tab to research cars that are in stock for any member in the AAN. The functionality allows dealers to place their inventory one-click away from consumers who visit their Fan Page without over-selling their cars in their Facebook Wall postings. This is the perfect balance of becoming a Trust Agent by not pushing cars in daily updates on their Facebook Wall. You can see CarPort App that Rairdon is utilizing on Facebook using this link:

http://www.facebook.com/RairdonGroup#!/RairdonGroup?v=app_371338639370

The Automotive Advertising Network is open to call new and used cars dealers in the United States and Canada and is offering special promotional pricing until June 1st. For additional details contact PCG Digital Marketing at 732-450-8200.

Perhaps it may be true that calling a rose by another name doesn’t change what the actual flower looks like or smells like, however, fast forward hundreds of years to the age of Internet Explorer, and you’ll soon realize why a rose by any other name is NOT nearly quite the same.

One of the most important factors in a well respected and highly visible website is your domain name. A domain name is the name of your website, example: www.searchengineoptimization-ny.com is a domain name.

Let’s take Shakespeare’s infamous rose for example. If I had a website dedicated to information about roses and I named my website “Briansfavoriteflowers.com”, I will have to work much harder to let search engines know that my website is all about Roses! On the other hand, if I were to pick a domain name like “FreshRoses.com”, it’s now quite clear to search engines that anyone searching for ‘Information About Fresh Roses” should visit my site. My domain name (www.freshroses.com) matches two of the search words being requested.

Pick a domain name that includes the keyword or keywords that you most want to target on search engines such as Google and Yahoo. Search engines commonly factor embedded domain name text into their ranking formulas, assigning greater weight to relevant websites based on keyword-specific URLs.

A good choice can boost your search engine rankings, increase traffic and make your business more memorable.

This strategy has worked well for our clients who have microsites. One of our microsites, www.infinitiwarranty.net is a .NET domain and is #2 in the USA for “Infiniti Warranty” search phrases in Google. This demonstrates how exact match domain names can be very effective in attracting qualified consumer leads.

In turbulent times, only the strong will survive. When the economy is low, so is consumer cash flow. These changing conditions call for companies to battle waves of extreme ups and downs. Simply standing still will not help. Sensible businesses who intend on staying competitive need to outsmart the competition.

As much as retailers hate to hear the ‘C’ word, today is the age of the ‘coupon’. Now more than ever, consumers are price shopping and looking for bargains. Businesses who think coupons will hurt their image are foolishly wrong. Shoppers appreciate saving money, regardless of their income status.

There are many techniques to implementing coupons into marketing and digital marketing campaigns. For starters, it’s not what business say, but how they say it. Businesses worried about ‘cheapening’ their image with coupons can simply use another term. Clever marketing campaigns can use alternate words such as complimentary gift card, 15% courtesy, or premium upgrade. All of these terms imply savings to shoppers without using the word ‘coupon’.

The internet has become flooded with coupon and bargain shopping websites, allowing shoppers to get the best bang for their buck without ever leaving their home. Putting coupons on the internet has become one of the most cost effective ways to increase sales on company websites without spending thousands on expensive advertising campaigns.

The competition is fierce; retailers are already offering up to 50% off for holiday shoppers. Local businesses need to convey the value in purchasing their products over their competitors’ and give consumers what they want: bargains.

The Pasch Consulting Group is working with companies who want to attract the attention of shoppers who are taking to the internet to find the best values. Any business that would like to inquire about increasing sales and consumer leads with smart digital marketing campaigns should contact Brian Pasch at Brian@paschconsulting.com or 732-450-8200.
